1. Who operates Aventra
Aventra is operated by Growth Partner Academy Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. 1 Maja 191, 25-646 Kielce, Poland. KRS: 0001193069 NIP / Polish tax identification number: 9592086128 REGON: 542667836 Email: jacob@aventra.solutions In these Terms, “Aventra”, “we” and “us” refer to that company. “You” means the individual using the account. These Terms govern account registration and the free configuration features available through the Aventra application.
2. Eligibility and registration
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement under the law applicable to you. To register, provide a valid email address, create your login credentials, accept these Terms and complete the email verification required by the application. The account agreement is concluded when your account is activated following verification. It continues until terminated under these Terms. Provide accurate account information and update it when necessary. Your account is personal. A company purchasing services for you does not automatically obtain access to your private answers, configuration or session materials. Availability of an account does not mean that every service or method is available in every country or US state.
3. Free account and configuration
Account registration and the features presented as free do not require payment. They do not start a paid subscription, a minimum paid commitment or automatic billing. Free features may include account setup, personal reflection questionnaires, goal setting, symbolic interpretations and AI-assisted summaries or suggestions, as described in the application. Some features depend on information you choose to provide and, where applicable, separate consent. Declining optional processing does not itself prevent you from maintaining a basic account, although the feature that depends on that processing may be unavailable. Paid services, expert sessions and design-partner cooperation require a separate agreement specifying their scope and commercial terms before purchase. These Terms do not establish their price, duration or session allowance.
4. AI and symbolic interpretations
Features identified as AI-generated use artificial intelligence. Their outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or unsuitable for your circumstances. Some outputs are displayed without prior human review. Palm readings, Human Design and other symbolic interpretations are intended for reflection. They are not scientifically validated assessments of your personality, health, abilities or future. You may reject suggestions, correct the information you provide and contact us to report a misleading result or request clarification. Do not rely on an output as the sole basis for a decision that could significantly affect your health, safety, legal position or finances. The free account and configuration service does not provide medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, medication management or emergency assistance. Any separately offered regulated professional service requires its own appropriate scope and arrangements. Do not change prescribed treatment solely because of an Aventra output. If you face an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Aventra is not an emergency monitoring service.
5. Technical requirements and security
You need an internet connection, a functioning email account and an up-to-date browser supporting JavaScript and the storage necessary for authentication and operation. Optional image or voice features may require permission to access selected files or your microphone. You are responsible for your internet and device costs. Protect your login credentials and do not share your account. Report suspected unauthorized access to jacob@aventra.solutions. Never send us your password or backup authentication codes. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service. Online services nevertheless involve risks, including phishing, malicious software and unauthorized access to an inadequately secured device.
6. Acceptable use and your materials
You must not: upload unlawful content or information you are not entitled to disclose; impersonate another person or access another user’s account; introduce malicious software or interfere with the service; bypass access restrictions or exploit vulnerabilities to obtain data; disclose another participant’s private information without authorization. Avoid identifying other people in personal reflections when their identity is unnecessary. You retain your rights in materials you provide. To the extent permission is required, you authorize us to store, reproduce and process those materials only as necessary to provide the features you request, operate the account and meet applicable obligations, subject to the Privacy Notice and your choices. This permission does not authorize advertising use of your name, image, story or private content. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be unique or eligible for intellectual property protection. You may use materials supplied through your account for your own lawful personal or internal business purposes. These Terms do not authorize resale of the platform or disclosure of other users’ materials.
7. Privacy and separate choices
The Privacy Notice explains the information we process, purposes, legal bases, recipients, international transfers, retention and your rights. The Cookie Notice explains relevant browser technologies. Accepting these Terms is not consent to marketing, session recording or every use of sensitive information. Where consent is required, we request it for the relevant purpose before processing. You may withdraw consent through the controls provided for that purpose or by contacting jacob@aventra.solutions. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on consent before withdrawal. Optional features may become unavailable when the permission necessary for them is withdrawn. Withdrawal does not itself terminate a separate paid agreement.
8. Availability, changes and suspension
We maintain the service and address reported defects. Maintenance, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. We will provide notice of planned material interruptions where reasonably practicable. We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use or a material breach of these Terms. Restrictions will be proportionate. Where law and security allow, we will explain the reason and how you can challenge the decision. Restrictions do not prevent you from contacting us about complaints, privacy requests or termination. Changes to free features must respect applicable rights. Where a change materially reduces access or use, we will provide advance information and any termination rights required by law.
9. Closing your account and withdrawal
You may terminate the free account agreement at any time, without an account termination fee, by emailing jacob@aventra.solutions from your account email address. We may request proportionate identity verification. Account closure and deletion of personal data are related but distinct. We explain any information that must be retained and the applicable basis under the Privacy Notice. In addition to any statutory rights, you may withdraw from this free account agreement within 14 days after it is concluded, without giving a reason or paying a charge. Send an unequivocal statement to the email or postal address in section 1 before the period expires. You may use this wording, but it is not compulsory: I withdraw from my Aventra free account agreement. Name: Account email: Agreement date, if known: Date: Starting free configuration does not waive this contractual withdrawal right. After that period, you may still close your account as described above. A separate paid agreement is governed by its own termination provisions and applicable mandatory rights.
10. Complaints and statutory rights
Send complaints to jacob@aventra.solutions or the postal address in section 1. Describe the issue and, where possible, the remedy you request. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. We will respond within 14 calendar days of receiving your complaint. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory rights concerning digital services, conformity with the agreement, remedies, withdrawal or liability. Protections also remain available to business users where applicable law grants them consumer-like rights. Consumers may seek assistance from a competent consumer protection organization or authority. Where required following an unresolved complaint, we will provide information about applicable out-of-court dispute resolution and our participation in it.
11. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms where necessary to reflect legal requirements, security needs or changes to the service. We will explain material changes and their effective date in advance, normally at least 14 days beforehand. A shorter period may apply where required by law or urgently necessary for security; we will explain the reason. Changes do not apply retroactively or authorize new consent-based processing. We will request acceptance where required. If you do not accept changed terms, you may close your account without an account termination fee.
12. Applicable law and language
These Terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable under the law of their habitual residence. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of collective remedies. English and Polish versions are available. The version presented and accepted when you enter the agreement applies, subject to mandatory legal protections. You may request a copy of that version at jacob@aventra.solutions.
