0. Selected feature scope
Free configuration includes personal answers, birth details, selected palm images/chart and AI readings through OpenAI API. Select the feature scope before sending. Special categories may include health, religious/philosophical beliefs, sex life and sexual orientation if voluntarily provided or revealed by materials. Do not provide unnecessary third-party information.
1. What goes into analysis
With the relevant consent, your answers and materials for a selected feature may be sent to OpenAI API to prepare personal insights, awareness and vision summaries, or work and integration suggestions. Sensitive information requires a separate explicit choice. These consents are not enabled by default. The tool may misinterpret answers; treat its output as a suggestion to review.
2. Accounts, appointments and recordings
Supabase and Vercel support account, storage and display functions. Resend handles authentication and account emails. GHL/LeadConnector receives information needed to schedule a session, such as contact details and appointment time. Google Meet hosts the conversation. Fathom may receive recording, transcript and participant information if recording is separately agreed. Profile-analysis consent does not replace consent to record a session or analyze its transcript.
2a. Separate services and dictation
OpenAI API consent does not cover transferring materials to ChatGPT Business or Claude Team. Manual workspace use requires separate information and an appropriate choice before transfer. Dictation has a separate choice: audio goes to OpenAI API to convert speech into text; the application saves the textual answer. You may type without recording. API data is not used for model training by default; this does not mean zero provider retention.
3. Control and changing your choices
Choices are recorded with document version, language and decision time. Optional consents can be changed in your profile. Withdrawal blocks further use of the relevant app feature; it does not automatically delete all work history or provider materials. Contact the controller to delete specific information or recordings. Marketing is not a condition of access. Basic account configuration does not require AI analysis.
